Despite my request for a confirmation that Pacifico Hyundai did have the car with the features and colors I specifically asked about, apparently it was your deceptive AI “internet assistant” Joy’s miss Hyundai did have the car with the features and colors I specifically asked about, apparently it was your deceptive AI “internet assistant” Joy’s mission to get buyers in the door to an appointment. And despite my certainty that the car would not be there, we kept the appointment. The car was not on the lot, thanks Bot. We almost walked out. The sales agent, Josh, was sympathetic but we did sit down with him. Yes, I was right, that car was not there. There were two in black, and I didn’t and don’t want black. But, we had been at two other dealerships which did not go online or make calls to procure the car I wanted. They promised to do that in two or three days. Were they not interested in selling cars? Josh actually listened and, when I suggested looking at cars available in NJ, he checked and found one, brought it to his sales manager and made a deal for it. So, kudos to Josh for listening and then making the effort. He is entitled to five stars; Joy lost one star for the team. More

Great introductory conversation pertaining to deal but follow through was horrendous. Then they told me the car still needed a bit of work before I could drive it home and they took care of everything, while I worked on getting pre-approved for financing. Came in, signed for the car with Hector's help and I am the new owner of a car that is much nicer than I thought I was getting.
