He even ordered me a owner's manual for the vehicle when we discovered it was missing. I also had a lease I was turning in a few months early from a different dealer. Pacifico covered my remaining payments with no issues and took care of turning in the lease for me. I love my new Jeep and couldn't be happier! More

Wonderful Experience! I first came to Pacifico 9 months ago and worked with Roy Ruttenberg. He was informative and patient but unfortunately I could not get approved for f I first came to Pacifico 9 months ago and worked with Roy Ruttenberg. He was informative and patient but unfortunately I could not get approved for financing. He gave me some wonderful advice and recommendations to improve my credit score and 9 months later, I came in again to work with Roy and I was able to purchase a long needed minivan for my family. The staff is friendly and courteous but above all, Roy took a genuine interest in helping me. There aren't many people in this world that would go out of their way, but Roy certainly did for me. She explained all details and options that were available, made me feel at home with a warm smile and coffee and did not pressure me when I was unsure of the car and gave me an opportunity to research and return to buy the car. Also add that Jason in the finance dept. was a great help is explaining additional warranty options along with no pressure to purchase.
