Jill Dawson was promptly responsive and helpful with my questions before the visit. My salesman, Steve Cromartie, was pleasant, knowledgeable and so caring! Anther reason to stay with Hyundai Pacifico My lease was almost up on my 2011 Sonata. I loved that car and wanted something similar. My salesperson Steve Chromartie worked hard to provide me w My lease was almost up on my 2011 Sonata. I loved that car and wanted something similar. My salesperson Steve Chromartie worked hard to provide me with not only similar, but better than what I had. Although price was important, I was accustomed to a certain amount of luxury I had with my previous car. Unfortunately, Steve's manager insisted he show me a level below, with cloth seats, no sunroof, etc. to keep the monthly lease at the same level. Steve apologized to me for bringing it out. I almost walked away, but he then brought me out to the lot to show me what he thought I would like, and I loved it! I signed the paperwork and drove out with that car, at a price that I could work with. Thank you Steve for listening and translating what you customers want into a reality. More
