Great Experience Leasing a New Hyundai My lease was ending and I was interested in a new Elantra. I emailed the Pacifico Hyundai and they responded immediately. I mad an appointment and Mac helped me through the whole process. Mac was awesome! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and where I needed my payment to be and found me a car that was a perfect fit. Mac made the whole process quick, easy, and enjoyable :) It seems that staff overall at Pacifico Hyundai is very friendly. I will definitely recommend them. More

Smooth and hassle free! We went to Pacifico to buy our first car and we are so glad that we chose them. Christian Ross helped us in every possible way he could to ensure that We went to Pacifico to buy our first car and we are so glad that we chose them. Christian Ross helped us in every possible way he could to ensure that we got the car that we wanted at the price that we wanted. The team did everything they could to help us in getting a financing deal with a credit union even with the fact that we were relatively new to US and have limited credit history. Chrisitan was very friendly, patient and would find us any information we needed even if that meant walking back and forth between offices a hundred times. We would definitely recommend Christian and Pacifico for wonderful service and affordable price. More

First time at dealership I came into Pacifico Hyundai with the intent to lease a car for the first time. Before I even entered the building, Ted came out and greeted me in the I came into Pacifico Hyundai with the intent to lease a car for the first time. Before I even entered the building, Ted came out and greeted me in the parking lot. We had an appointment (scheduled with James Fisher, the internet sales person who got me into the door in the first place - great salesperson!) and Ted was able to help us right away. He was patient and answered all my questions without rushing or pressuring us. We test drove a Hyundai Elantra and loved it. We sat down to negotiate the lease and things went smoothly for the most part. It went on a little longer than I expected - we were probably there for over 6 hours. Once all the papers were signed, we went out to take the car home and realized that the carpet floor mats were missing and they forgot to fill the gas tank. They told us that they didn't have any mats in stock but that we could pick them up as soon as they arrived at the dealership in about a week. They also filled the gas tank before we left. Overall, we had a relatively positive experience and I'm happy the car leasing experience wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. More

He shared some of his personal experience with buying a new car and helped me pick the right one for me. The process was quick, no hassle and I was always treated with respect. I have heard horror stories about a female or first time buyer walking into a car lot and getting ripped off. I told Reggie what I was able to pay and he made it work.
