Customer Service Above and Beyond! As a recent Retiree I decided to purchase a car. A good family friend took me to Pacifico Hyundai. We were not on the lot long before Leslie came ou As a recent Retiree I decided to purchase a car. A good family friend took me to Pacifico Hyundai. We were not on the lot long before Leslie came out and greeted us. Leslie was very pleasant and smiled a lot. We ask many questions about many vehicles. Leslie was very knowledgeable and patient. We test drove a total of 3 vehicles before I decided to make a purchase. The vehicle I chose would be ready the next day. I later learned that that day was Leslie's day off. I appreciate Leslie sacrificing his day off to finalize my purchase. That is customer service "Above and Beyond" what is expected. Leslie also made sure I understood that Pacifico Hyundai did not look at me as just another sale. I matter. Also my relationship with Pacifico Hyundai does not end after the purchase is finalized. I am now a member of the Pacifico Hyundai family. A special "Thank You" to all of the other sales personnel and managers who made sure I was okay while Leslie finalized my paperwork. Taken care of, start to finish My car was shot and I needed a new one the next afternoon, July 3rd, and leave right for the shore where my family was waiting for me. I called Mac and told him I was stressed out as this was not how I wanted to start vacation I said straight up that I didn't have time or patience for any haggling or B.S. He said, 'fine, do you know what you are looking to do?' I told him what car I wanted , what I wanted to put down, get for trade in and have for a payment. He said if our trade in estimates were close, then we could get it done. He met me in the afternoon (it was his day off). The numbers came in better than I hoped.
