The only caveat to the whole experience was how long we had to wait to get into the financial office. We had to wait at least 2 hours. But this was our fault as well - we went in on the last day of the month and they have 0% financing. But it was well worth the wait! More

I did the preliminary research for my new car through the AAA car buying website. I received a call from this dealer within 15 minutes of my initial contact request. I bought a car from Pacifico a month ago. Carl is an effective salesmen, not the stereotype -- low pressure, wants to make the deal work and made the deal work. Also very service oriented -- the entire staff, including the detail guys stayed after hours until 10:30pm to prep the car and finish the sale. I polled about 5 hyundai dealers within a radius of 60 miles for price -- Pacifico provided the best price by far, hands down. They were low key about it too, no hassle. If you live in DE, Phl or NJ south and want to buy Hyundai, go there. More
