This is a 2 part review: Pacifico/Salesperson and other dealers. Other dealers: I had visit 5 other dealers prior to going to Pacifico. At each dealership, I left with a bitter taste by the way I was dealers. Other dealers: I had visit 5 other dealers prior to going to Pacifico. At each dealership, I left with a bitter taste by the way I was treated. The sale people acted as I was doing them a favor for coming in. At 2 dealerships, when I question about the Pricing (MSRP and markup), I was told: Thats the way it is, so deal with it. We have plenty of other people that we can sell to and are willing to pay the price. YES, that is what they said. . Well not this guy. Pacifico: What a difference in how you are treated there. A true pleasure. It was like the old days were the customer was treated with respect. I can not say enough about both Bryan Foley and Steve Janin. These guys are fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anybody I know thats in the market for a car. I also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Rob, the lovely cashier lady, and the finance manager. So if you need a car, Pacifico Hyundai is the place to go. Oh by the way, Love my car, 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited. More
