I had and am still the absolutely worst experience at this dealership. They disrespected my spouse, mother and I. They refuse to help all while being rude and then when you leave them a review about your this dealership. They disrespected my spouse, mother and I. They refuse to help all while being rude and then when you leave them a review about your experience they respond back with a mediocre message and never truly help you. I have a manager Shady DanDan literally tell me one day that he would be happy to help and then the next day he told me he never wanted me or my family to ever come back to his dealership because we were bad luck. Not to mention this is my first time buying and owning a car and I wouldn’t wish what is happening to me on my worst enemy. I am completed mortified with the service I received and wish I’d never went to them. I never imagined my first time buying a car to be a complete nightmare but that’s exactly what they gave. I called the DMV and they told me the car they have no record of my car! Pacifico told me that it was DMV fault but here I am and the DMV said they have no record of my car. More
