The service was very good and timely everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The only negative I must say is they to do something about that step into the service dept. There is a sign on the door but a gentleman was holding the door for and I didn't see it. I fell very hard and got quite a lot of bruising. Everyone took good care of me but I understand I'm not the first person to fall there. Maybe a ramp would help but something needs to be done before someone gets hurt badly. More
