We had an awful car dealer experience with this agency. 1.- We scheduled a test drive, and when we arrived, the car wasn´t available for the test. I spend time and money. 2.- The sales manager apologize 1.- We scheduled a test drive, and when we arrived, the car wasn´t available for the test. I spend time and money. 2.- The sales manager apologized and promised that I would be the first person to test the car. 3.- They told us that the car would be available for a test drive soon, but we were waiting more than a week, and they changed the test drive appointment twice. 4.- When the car was “ready,” they asked for a deposit to secure the vehicle even though he had promised to hold the vehicle for me for a test drive. A few minutes later, the sales manager told me that the car was sold. That stinks. They don’t respect the customer time. The worst car dealer experience in Philadelphia. More
