Mixed Feelings Our sales associate was tremendous, Will Comer was wonderful from start to finish. He was on-time and courteous to my son and I both times we neeed to Our sales associate was tremendous, Will Comer was wonderful from start to finish. He was on-time and courteous to my son and I both times we neeed to be there to finalize the sale. Unfortunately, there was a problem with other employees in Managenent and Finance. We waited for hours to be seen the second time, just to have papers signed, and saw other people go ahead of us. We almost walked out. Will was able to do most everything for us that night so we didn't leave, and he was the one that helped us with the final aggreement. We were there until about 10:30 and our appointment had been for 7:00. So to sum up the review, Will was great, others there, not so good. More

Overpromised Underdelivered Not impressed with their knowledge of car details/functions/features and had trouble with a number of promotions that were currently running as the de Not impressed with their knowledge of car details/functions/features and had trouble with a number of promotions that were currently running as the details were not explicitly explained. Had to be very diligent every step of the process to make sure we were getting what was promised; there ended up being a large discrepancy in the amount when it came time to sign the papers that had to be corrected and we had to jump through more hoops to recoup that amount which we were told would be no problem to get back at the time of discovery of said discrepancy. 4/5 times being at the dealership was like pulling teeth as we had to wait in the lobby for much longer than expected. Items that were promised to be delivered 3-5 days after purchase of the car did not arrive before a lot of inquiries from us about where it was and 2 weeks time. More
