Then had brake issue. had to fight for a rental then had to pay a deposit on the rental. they kept my car for 5 days gave the car back to me wasn't fixed. Argued again with them about not being able to bring the car in on a saturday. They gave me my car back with 112 miles on it no gas and ez pass used and the brakes still squeeled. I'm only giving a 1 because I'm not able to give a zero. I blame the sales department for this also with all their promises upon buying a car with them. More

Unfortunately we were in a wreck a few days earlier in which her car was totaled... She needed a car asap... This ended up being the one and only dealership we visited... Lamont Dean is amazing! My girlfriend had some credit issues and because of the accident and medical bills had no down payment... Lamont was no pressure, no hassle, professional and did everything in his power to get a deal approved for us even though it was NOT easy! New car, but long wait We went in to Pacifico to renew our lease and were satisfied with the car we ended up with- a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport. However, getting to the point We went in to Pacifico to renew our lease and were satisfied with the car we ended up with- a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport. However, getting to the point of driving away with the new car was another problem altogether. We spent 6 hours waiting and had to schedule on another day to come and pick it up. My problem with this was it seemed like getting to the point of signing the forms (which went quickly) was a slog and this processed could be improved by having managers readily available to look at counteroffers and respond. Our salesperson that we had was wonderful and seemed to sympathize with the amount of time we had to wait. I have been satisfied with both of the Hyundai cars that we have leased from Pacifico. I just wish next time this process would not take as long. PS- I was also told I would save money because I am a college graduate with a Masters Degree, but when we got there, we were told that my graduation date was too old and they could not accept this. I wish I knew this before going in because it made us look forward to having more money off that we never received. More
