I will say I feel that way after purchasing a car from Pacifico Hyundai. My experience began with a visit to have my 2007 Madza CX-7 serviced by Pacifico Mazda. They performed the diagnostics and provided me with an honest evaluation of the car, what repairs would cost and the likelihood that I may need to look for a new car in the future. I appreciated the honesty they showed. I then started looking for a new car. I had a previous buying experience at Pacifico Ford many years ago and felt that this dealership was the best fit for me. I researched various cars and settled on a Hyundai. I had been in contact with a representative of Pacifico via the internet but when I arrived he was not available. I was greeted by Greg Glascoe who sat with me, listened to what I was looking for in a Hyundai. He found 2 cars that met my expectations. While Greg was getting the cars ready for the test drive, one of the sales managers, Jerry DeMary came over and introduced himself, explained everything, asked questions and thanked me for coming in. Greg returned and off we went on a test drive of both cars. He explained the features and benefits of each car and the differences. Once we returned the show room, there was no pressure. Everything was explained and broken out in easy to understand terms. They worked with me, answered my questions and still no pressure to buy. When I walked in I was not expecting to walk out the same day with my new car, but I did. They evaluated my trade, arranged the financing and I left driving my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. The whole process from the time I walked in to the time I left took about 4 hours. I had brought my brother along to help with the process and he was highly impressed with how smoothly everything went. When I returned to finish up paperwork 2 days later, I was again treated professionally by Ed Dunning in Finance. He explained my options. There was no pressure. Again another great experience. The sales manager, Jerry even remembered my name when I stopped back to drop off my keys for the Madza. That small thing makes a difference when you deal with the public. I would highly recommend, Greg, Ed and the whole Pacifico dealership. And when I am ready for another car, this is where I will go. More

I often am responsible for bringing my husband's car in for service--can't say enough good things about the service department here either. One of the main reasons I chose to get a Sonata was Hyundai's excellent warranty but the reason I chose to purchase from Pacifico again was knowing that I would continue have a wonderful service experience after the sale. She offered her assistance to provide any additional information or details of the available vehicles. I told her I was short on time Within a few minutes, I had found a car of interest. Just as quickly, Susan had keys and dealer plate available and permitted me the opportunity of a test drive. I left the dealership to continue my on-going car search. After a total of 11 dealerships & four private-party sales, I returned to Susan and purchased. I found that Pacifico Auto Group had an extensive and diverse variety of vehicles, a well equipped facility, a very professional staff and a solid track record for customer service. I experienced all these attributes from my first visit and conversation with Susan.
