From the outset, Mac was friendly and obviously on top of things with respect to his knowledge of the car, but he gave me plenty of time to come to my own conclusions and decision. I got a great deal for my trade in, and an excellent price on the car. I was given a number of financing options, and everything was explained clearly in terms of available interest rates, terms and the various downpayment levels I was considering. Overall an excellent experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back, or recommend Mac and Pacifico to a friend. More
