I was looking to buy a 2014 Mazda 6. I wanted to get haggling out of the way, so contacted some dealerships around my area for quotes and what not. Kyle was always quickest, most courteous and genuinel haggling out of the way, so contacted some dealerships around my area for quotes and what not. Kyle was always quickest, most courteous and genuinely helpful. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle so much, I chose to buy my car from Pacifico Mazda, even though Piazza Mazda was willing to sell for $50.00 less. One caveat I had was that while they said they had my car, they didn't. They said it shows on their inventory but wasn't there. Not a huge deal as I was not in a hurry to buy the car. Jason Oquendo was the sales person who worked with me. Jason is very down to earth, pleasant and professional. He gave me absolutely no pressure and made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciated how he was genuinely wanting to make sure I was compeletely satisfied. It was a very pleasant experience and I wound recommend to my friends! More

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Pacifico Mazda. Angelo Delvecchio greeted us in the lot and we explained to him we just wanted numbers for a CX9. We had purchased a new Mazda 5 in Pacifico Mazda. Angelo Delvecchio greeted us in the lot and we explained to him we just wanted numbers for a CX9. We had purchased a new Mazda 5 in 2012 at Pacifico so we had no intention on buying another car. Angelo brought us inside and introduced us to Brain Green and Jerry DeMary. Angelo explain to Jerry what we wanted.Jerry than preceded to explain to us the difference between buying and leasing.Angelo then went over the numbers with us and we were pleased at what we saw. Angelo made us feel very comfortable and relax and at no time did we feel pressure. We decided to lease the CX9 and are very please with our decision. We would recommend Pacifico Mazada and Angelo Delvecchio to our family and friends for the service we received. Jack Kettell was also great to deal with in finalizing the lease.We will be a return customer. More
I had been thinking about getting a new car, but was definitely not planning on purchasing yet. I took my 2009 Hyundai Sonata in for routine service and to my amazement I left with my gorgeous 2014 Mazd definitely not planning on purchasing yet. NEVER in all my years of buying cars have I been made to feel so comfortable. We actually had a real conversation about trading in my Hyundai for a Mazda. Best decision I could have made, everyone tells me how much I will love this car, and that they have had Mazda's in the past and how trouble-free they are. I appreciate the fact that when or if I have a question, Jodi will respond immediately or point me in the right direction. Although there were some glitches along the way with lost paperwork, Jodi even made me laugh about that...Again, best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. p.s. and she is funny as all get out... :) I really enjoyed my buying experience... I WAS READY FOR A NEW CAR. I DRIVE A CONVERSATION VAN FOR TRIPS WITH THE GRANDKIDS. I LOVE MY VAN, BUT THE GAS MILEAGE IS A NIGHTMARE. I STARTED TO RESEARCH CARS, LOOKING PRIMARILY FOR GOOD GAS RESULTS, AS W TRIPS WITH THE GRANDKIDS. I LOVE MY VAN, BUT THE GAS MILEAGE IS A NIGHTMARE. I STARTED TO RESEARCH CARS, LOOKING PRIMARILY FOR GOOD GAS RESULTS, AS WELL AS AN EXCELLENT RATING. MAZDA CAME ON MY RADAR AFTER SEEING A BULLETIN BOARD ON RT95. IT SEEMS EVERY TIME I WAS READY TO CHECK OUT THE MAZDA FOR MYSELF, IT WAS SNOWING. PHILADELPHIA CAR SHOW TO THE RESCUE! I WAS ABLE TO SEE, TOUCH, CLIMB INTO ALL THE CARS ON LIST. THE MAZDA 3 STOLE MY HEART, WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS SHOPPING WITH MY HEAD, BUT MAZDA3 STILL MET ALL MY REQUIREMENTS. PACIFICO WAS CLOSE TO HOME, SO AFTER SEVERAL CONTACTS WITH ONLINE SPECIALIST KYLE KEEHN, AND A DAY WITH NO SNOW FORECAST I SCHEDULED MY TEST DRIVE. I MET JODIE DELIA AND KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE. I FELT LIKE I HAD KNOWN JODI ALL MY LIFE. SHE WAS AS EXCITED AS I WAS TO DRIVE THE MAZDA 3. JODIE IS NOT A TYPICAL 'SALESPERSON" SHE IS DOWN TO EARTH, FRIENDLY AND COMFORTABLE. BUYING A CAR IS A BIG DEAL AND NOT ALWAYS AN EASY DECISION. JODIE TOOK AWAY THE JITTERS. BEFORE I LEFT WITH MY NEW BLUE BEAUTIFUL MAZDA 3 I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY FIRST SERVICE, JODIE ALL READY KNOWING MY BUSY SCHEDULE, I KNEW ALL THE NEW GADGETS. SO I LEFT WITH MY CAR AND A NEW FRIEND. I ALSO WORKED WITH JACK KETTELL IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE. JACK WAS GREAT. HE HANDLED ALL THE DETAILS OF REGISTRATION. MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY OPTIONS EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY. I LEFT WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED, INCLUDING JACK'S BUSINESS CARD AND CONFIDENCE I COULD CALL ON JACK IF NEEDED. Since I now have 3 Mazda's in the family I deal with Cliff quiet often, He is always pleasant and upbeat and genuinely concerned about the service Pacifico Mazda delivers. More

When I needed to purchase a new car I started with an internet search that referred me to two Hyundai dealers in the Philadelphia area. I checked off both dealers expecting to receive follow-up from both. One dealership responded immediately - Pacifico Hyundai - via email - and then followed up with a telephone call. I spoke with Kyle Keehn. Kyle was very pleasant and also informative. He explained that I would qualify for a special rate because I had contacted Pacifico via the internet and he also gave me quotes for different models that would be of interest to me. He told me that his area of sales was dealing with internet responses and he was going to transfer me to the salesperson who would have more in depth information and specifics about what was available for me. I was transferred to Lamont Dean. Based on experiences of buying a new car, I was braced for "getting through" what in the past had not really been enjoyable experiences. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Pacifico. My conversations with Lamont Dean began on a Friday and he answered any questions I had and called me back with any additional information, when necessary. I went to Pacifico Hyundai on the following Monday, traded in my car, and drove home in a new Hyundai! At all times, Lamont Dean was personable and helpful and he went out of his way to come up with a deal that worked for me. In the few hours that I spent working out details, there was never an unpleasant moment – he made me feel relaxed and I never felt like I was being pushed or forced. Brian Green was the person who handled all the contracts and paperwork and he was very efficient and also pleasant and ensured that the experience was not overwhelming in any way. I also met Jodi Delia, another salesperson at Pacifico. She introduced herself to me and, with a big smile, congratulated me about my new car – a lovely woman and her friendliness just added further to making my experience there a pleasant and positive one. I also spoke with a couple of other employees there. Unfortunately, I cannot recall there names - but everyone was most pleasant. Back to Lamont - I cannot say enough good things about Lamont Dean! My impression is that he is a good and decent human being and it shows through. He knows all the details of his job, but also seems to like his job and likes helping the people he meets. He was good to me. When I was leaving, he told me that I was now part of the Hyundai family and to let him know if I needed help with anything in the future and that he looked forward to a long relationship. A very nice man. (Lamont – I expect that you get to read this – so –I’m saying again – thank you!) I'm pleased to say that my impression, in general, of the Pacific dealership, was very positive. There was an overall feeling of friendliness and congeniality – to the customers – but also amongst the employees. The environment was busy but not in a stressful way. I think it must be a good place to work! I bought my last Hyundai at another dealership but on occasion I used the service department at Pacifico and I recall that the experience was good. I guess I will be seeing more of them now that I have bought a new car there and will be using them for all the regular servicing! p.s. I had to "Select vehicle brand purchased/considered" before I could submit this review and the only option was "Mazda" and that is what I selected - when, in fact, the brand I purchased was a "Hyundai."
