The speed with which your staff was able to accept my vehicle and secure a rental tru My recent experience at the service department was outstanding. The speed with which your staff was able to accept my vehicle and secure a rental truck was impressive. The repair was done in a timely manner, and the car has never run better. Special mention must be made to Coco (spelling?) in your rental department, who found $11 in cash in the rental truck. She called me right away before I was far from the dealership, and even came outside to hand-deliver the cash which I had left behind. Everyone was friendly and courteous at every stage of this experience. I will DEFINITELY be back! More

Tell me how knowing the difference between an oak and pine is going to help you make a decision about my car?? Useless. Th service manager, Don Sherwood, seems to have a serious temper and doesn't seem fit for the position. He clearly gets stressed out way too quickly to be working with angry customers. The rental agent / customer care manager. Where do I start with this one!? Coco Bell. This is the girl who walked out of a closet with a man as I was waiting at the counter knows absolutely nothing about her job. She seems more concerned about her phone and the boy sitting next to her than the customers and their concern. Why is she the customer care manager when she has no vsre for the customers??? Th management ther has NO idea what the bell is happening. I would never recommend this place. Ever. If their management gets angry easily and their customer care manager who cares more about a quickie in the closet than her job is how that place is run, Duane Paddock should rethink his hiring team. More

Worst service possible. My traction control and stability control kept turning off. I went to the service department two times before they fixed it. Once they "fixed it" it c My traction control and stability control kept turning off. I went to the service department two times before they fixed it. Once they "fixed it" it cost me over $300 and I was told the problem would not happen again and if it did within a month I would be covered. A week later the problem happens and I go in the next day to have my truck serviced. The service guy tells me there is nothing he can do and it would be better if my "engine blew up". When I told him that the truck shakes and moves forward on its own it could result in me getting in an accident so it was unsafe he said "and what do you want me to do about that. Im not a magician". During all of this I was also told that I do not know what I am talking about and was repeatedly yelled at and interrupted when I was trying to explain my concerns. Despite being insured that my truck was fixed and be a paying customer I was told to leave the garage because the conversation was over. Do not go there. They just want your money and truly do not care. More
