If the car wash entry was not correct then how can I know for sure the rest of the services were performed as stated on the service invoice ? More
Worst Service Department in Town! Worst service in town! I purchased a new car from Page Honda in June of 2014, and my experience with their service department has been nothing short Worst service in town! I purchased a new car from Page Honda in June of 2014, and my experience with their service department has been nothing short of horrendous. Apparently, Page Honda doesn't believe that purchasing a new car is a big investment for most people. Instead, they believe that good customer service is a thing of the past. Here is why: My first experience with their service department was last year when I brought my NEW car in for service because of loud wind noise within the cabin, as well as rattling noise within the glove box. After five months of waiting for Page Honda to receive the replacement parts I needed, and calling them multiple times to check on the status of the parts, because they would never return my calls, I finally told them I will be writing a poor review regarding their service department. Magically, I received a call the very next morning from their service department that my parts were now in! How does such magic happen?!?! FIVE MONTHS of no parts and no follow up, and now the parts are in! They replaced the defective parts on my car, yet there is no improvement to either issue. I still have loud wind noise and my glove box still rattles. My second, and most recent experience at Page Honda was last week. I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. The service tech offered to also rotate my tires, and I declined this option knowing I can have the tires rotated elsewhere for a better price. The service tech was extremely unprofessional and physically, and audibly, scoffed at me for declining the tire rotation option. I then waited at their dealership for the next THREE HOURS for a simple oil change. No one approached me during this time, and when I approached the service desk multiple times to inquire about when they will have my car finished, they simply told me, "It's being worked on, Miss!" I was the last person sitting in the waiting room that day and when I approached the service desk once again to ask about my car, they didn't even know which car was mine or how long I had been waiting. After telling this woman how long I had been waiting and which car was mine, she apologized and said someone from the dealership will call me and further apologize for the mishap. Of course, no one has called me regarding this issue. Furthermore, the unprofessional service provider who treated me so poorly and compromised my entire afternoon, was nowhere to be seen. Needless to say, I didn't receive an apology from him! Apparently, in a business which is built solely on customer service, being that it is a service department, Page Honda doesn't believe that providing good customer service is the least bit important for people who invest their money in their company. Furthermore, it is glaringly obvious that Page Honda doesn't hold their employees responsible for poor and unprofessional behavior toward good paying customers. There will be no "strike three" opportunity for Page Honda! Two strikes is enough for me! I will surely be taking my money elsewhere and will never do business with Page Honda again. I will also inform and urge my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid doing business with Page Honda. I will be sure to follow through with this promise via Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, email, and word-of-mouth. Good customer service goes a long way, and always has; bad customer service does, too! I've owned at least 6 Honda Accords in my life and I've had my share of visits for service. Melanie made this experience the best. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me to choose the work I should have done to keep my 2009, 35,000 mile Accord in good working condition so I wouldn't run the risk of problems down the road. I really appreciated that because I love this car and want to keep it for a long time. When I need service in the future, I will definitely ask specifically for Melanie to work with me. More
NOT COMING BACK!!! Needed oil change and door lock recall attended to. Was told before dropping car off it would be a 3 hour job. Dropped car off before 9am. Showed up to get car at 2pm. It's now 3:30pm and my car is STILL not ready. I am FUMING MAD!!! I will NEVER use this dealership again. Absolutely INCOMPETENT!!!
