Bad oil change service. I did the oil change at Page Honda 3 days ago. I waited three for around 3.5 hours there, although I had a 8AM appointment. Today (3days after oil ch I did the oil change at Page Honda 3 days ago. I waited three for around 3.5 hours there, although I had a 8AM appointment. Today (3days after oil change), I checked the engine oil and they are still dirty (brown color). The service department lied! After oil change, they told me the rear brake pads have only 2mm left and shall be changed, as well as the rotors, with a quota of $511. My husband decided to change them and bought Bosch pads and rotors via Amazon prime. He removed the old brake pads off and found 6mm depth left on the old brake pads. A total waste of our time, effort and money. More

I just visited the Service Dept on Monday 10/17/22 for an oil change and tired rotation. They are prompt and courteous and offer the most detailed explanation of what is to be done to the car. While they offered 3 ‘plans’ for this event, I chose the ‘good’ (basic) one as this car is a lease vehicle with very low mileage and I could not rationalize to myself for spending more money than necessary. But they tried!! . More
I had a 9:00a appointment, arrived 8:55am. I told the Honda agent, I had a 9 appointment, he asked me to wait in line, waited 25 min to be checked in, Again, I asked how long my car can be d I told the Honda agent, I had a 9 appointment, he asked me to wait in line, waited 25 min to be checked in, Again, I asked how long my car can be done. he said your car service should be done in 1 hour, can you believe I waited for 2 and half hours. I was out the Honda dealer around 11:55a. Do not waste your time if you only needed an oil change. More

Arrived about 10 minutes before appointment and was greeted and process was started. Was informed about length of time for service and was pleasantly surprised when it was done quicker.
