Blown off when I requested check of tire pressure management system despite symptoms owner’s manual says to have dealer check. Was told tire/wheel rotation not needed because it had not been 5K miles management system despite symptoms owner’s manual says to have dealer check. Was told tire/wheel rotation not needed because it had not been 5K miles even though owner’s manual says every 6 months or 5K miles. Had it done anyway. Advisor tried to schedule a procedure that had been done in January 2023; did not schedule it when pointed out had been done. TPMS symptoms still exist. Will try another Toyota dealership. Have provided above to Page Toyota. No response so far. More
Gave them a second chance after having horrible customer service from the service department a first time. What a mistake! 2 days they kept my vehicle and nothing was fixed. You complained about my first Google review and instead of trying to change my perspective and provide service that you should already be providing, you told me to go to a different dealer. Gladly.
