It is a pleasure to work with Jeff. He is friendly, accommodating and completely service oriented. This recent service it seems the crew was having a very busy day. I was asked if I needed my car tha accommodating and completely service oriented. This recent service it seems the crew was having a very busy day. I was asked if I needed my car that day because it was on the lift late. I had company coming from out of town and I told him I definitely needed my car that day and could not be worrying about it the next day. I was accommodated without further questioning and when I unfortunately got stuck in traffic in the afternoon and didn't get to the shop until 6pm, Jeff was there cheerfully waiting for me. When I thanked him and apologized for being late he said "well you said you would be here so I waited" in as genuinely nice a tone as could be. He still took time at that point to carefully go over the service and what they were suggesting down the road for further service. An exceptional experience. More

I hesitated buying a new Volvo from Palisades because of previously experienced consistently poor customer relations and repair work from service department. But, I very much liked my old S80, wanted a new previously experienced consistently poor customer relations and repair work from service department. But, I very much liked my old S80, wanted a new Volvo, and didn't want to drive an hour from home for service anymore (as I had been doing after complete frustration with Palisades sevice dept). Halleluya!! things at Palisades Service have changed! I bought my 2011 C70 in June 2010 and have brought it to Pailisades for regular service every 7.5k miles. I just completed it's 30k mile service check and have been satisfied with customer relations and work performed as needed. More

Great service etc., only issue with overall experience was it took a little, long to get problem rectified. As with any delaership, price of service outside warranty is always expensive. To a Volvo owner it is Prestige, but it now feels it is a Mazda delaer....that also sells soem Volvo's...and not a prestigous volvo dealer. More

On this service visit (all covered by Volvo's fabulous warranty)I was taken care of by Sal. I knew I needed new tires (53,000 on the ones I got with the new car) and I was leaving for a family vacation. warranty)I was taken care of by Sal. Sal found the tires I needed and actually sold me a less expensive tire (that rarely happens) but told me he would have to order it and it would not be in for a few hours. Rmember, I was leaving for a family vacation. Victoria then stepped up, got me a great S60 loaner car and I was on my way. The reason I mentioned Jeff was that on every other service visit, he also was very helpful and Jason, who is the manager, must be doing something right. I highly recommend this dealership. More
