He worked at getting me a fair price I could handle in a lease situation cutting the prices and adding company promitions. I chose a car color I am not fond of because there were little to no choices and no car in 100s of miles of the exact color I wanted. IN the end it was ok. When I went to pick up my car I was surprised when the finance manager who I was with got called out of the office by the salesman who was readying my car to let us all know tha the door had been damages, scratched doen to the paint/metal. Everyone was perplexed, but i was told not to worry they would take care of this with giving me a loaner. But i already felt like I was getting damaged goods! This was a monday. Wednesday i came out at work at 4 om to find the O from the VOLVO tailgate was missing and gone! Left behind was the sticky part that holds it on. Now I felt like my car was falling a part and it was only 3 days old. Of course they would order the new part and install it at no cost to me!! Still in all my sales person was decent and the managers I met were also good men. But that does not take away how I feel about this car and all its problems already! More

Bought used Volvo I recently purchased a used Volvo C30 from this dealer. The sales guy (Dan) was very helpful and informative. Solving the insolvable by my mechanic I have only used Palisades Volvo once in a while. Recently my cooling fan was running continuously and my mechanic who is excellent could not solve th I have only used Palisades Volvo once in a while. Recently my cooling fan was running continuously and my mechanic who is excellent could not solve the problem. They discussed some possibilites that would cost $600 to $1000. I took my car to Palisades Volvo and was greated by Jeffrey who took care of me the whole time as my consultant and contact. The problem was noted as a possible leak and low refrigerant in the cooling system. I brought my car back the next day and the problem was fixed and I am a very happy customer. The cost was no where near the $600- $1000 that my mechanic quoted and I got a free car wash. During the day that they were working on the car, Jeffrey called me twice with progress reports. Additionally they have free wifi and great coffee. I highly recommend this service department for your Volvo. I am going to switch from my regular mechanic to Palisades Volvo for anymore service on my vehicle. More
