1st time not happy I have been coming to Palisades Volvo for 10 years and go no where else for my service. The service has always been excellent and I will continue to come here. However, on this visit I noticed Volvo changed all the customer service staff. The gentelman I dealt with was so unfriendly I was taken aback. Not once did he look at me or even say anything to me other than asking the obvious questions to create the ticket. At one point I asked if there was a problem as I felt it was taking longer to create the ticket than previously and he wanted to know why I was asking. He responded that he was a slow typist. Robin, the prior customer service rep was the best customer service person you ever had at Volvo and I'm sorry she is no longer there, She built a bond with her customers which made it pleasant to come to Palidades Volvo. More

Great service people and honest good service I have bought 3 Volvo's from this dealer, and service them there during warranty period. The dealer has had some management issues and changes over the years, and as a result also staff changes (both sales and service), which is a draw back. But, the current Service advisors are great, and service performed was timely, good, and thorough. They went through the whole vehicle and pointed out any issue, but did not try to high pressure/oversell me to get it fixed right away and there etc. . Only issue is the lack of loaner car availability from time to time, as this time none was available for 2 weeks. More

I came in for a state inspection and to replace an upper engine mount. I brought in the upper engine mount part, but I was somewhat confused that they dont warranty the installation/part even though it's a engine mount. I would think that as long as it is indeed a Volvo OEM(factory) part sold by an authorized dealer/seller, it would be the same as them installing it from their parts department at the dealership. In any event, they installed the part, and did the inspection in under an hour. My only issue is that when you get your car back on a busy day, dont be surprised if you have to squeeze into your car since their parking spaces are tight. Which is another critique I have since this can lead to someone dinging your cars doors, which is not something you should have to worry about when you bring your car in for service. Overall the visit was good, and received quick service. More

Was able to get an appointment the same day for an inspection. I was told the Volvo needed a 37,500 service so I made an appointment for the following Monday. When I left the dealership I noticed t inspection. I was told the Volvo needed a 37,500 service so I made an appointment for the following Monday. When I left the dealership I noticed the the TPMS (low tire pressure) indicator was on and it was not on when I brought the car in. I called and they said that they were getting alot of those due to the cold weather. More
