I had been looking for a new Toyota Tacoma but the Toyota dealers were not finding what I wanted. My wife and I stopped in at Palotta the next Saturday morning and were greeted by Jim Crandall. Jim was very nice to us and let us take the Tacoma for a ride. We liked the truck very much. I asked Jim for his best deal and he really came through, giving us a very nice discount from list price and a very good trade value for my old truck. No pressure, no 30 trips to the Sales Managers office, just an easy transaction. I picked up the truck the next Thursday.
