I made the mistake of buying a 2019 Buick Cascada from there about 2 weeks ago. I live in South Carolina and there are not many convertibles around here so I looked online and found the Buick. I bought it there about 2 weeks ago. I live in South Carolina and there are not many convertibles around here so I looked online and found the Buick. I bought it and had it shipped up here. A couple of days after we got it my wife opened the trunk and noticed that there was water in it. We took it to a body shop who noticed that the rear window was separating from the top. I contacted the dealership who informed me that we had exceeded the 5 day grace per and there was nothing they could do to help me. That's bull. For one it spent most of the grace period getting shipped up here. More importantly this didn't happen overnight. It was separating when they sold it to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership or any Taverna dealership. They don't care about their customers after the sale. More
Like others have said here, if I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! The short version of our story is that we purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90 from here about a would. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! The short version of our story is that we purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90 from here about a month ago. Immediately after driving it off the lot, we noticed issues with the acceleration and the brakes. We took it to our local dealer (we live out of state) and they found several issues with the car, including warped breaks that needed to be replaced immediately. Correcting the issues totaled $7,300 (within a week of buying the car!). We have reached out to them repeatedly with the dealer’s report to ask for an explanation or to make it right in some way, and they have flat out refused. I can’t warn you away from this dealer enough! More
This place is a scam. I’ve never purchased a vehicle online let alone out of my local area, and against my better judgement I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 last month. My I’ve never purchased a vehicle online let alone out of my local area, and against my better judgement I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 last month. My temp tag has expired, and I paid for out of state registration through them and now these scammers won’t return calls to find out where my tags are or if they’ve even filed the paperwork. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Service after the sale IS HORRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE. More
I could give this place zero stars , I would. Ryan lies to you and sails you a vehicle that you're gonna immediately have to put $10000 into then they want to ignore your calls and act like it's Ryan lies to you and sails you a vehicle that you're gonna immediately have to put $10000 into then they want to ignore your calls and act like it's your fault. It took so long. The only reason I was able to get contacted is because I left a google review and their managing company called. I had a couple of decent ladies that told me to get the estimates to them and they would get it taken care of and then when I called back to give that estimate , I was told they no longer work for the company. Also , xavier , or whoever he is with the weird name , hung up in my face. I also then spoke with another lady that took the place of the previous lady and she was supposed to call me on Monday but I had to go to the hospital and I ended up getting a message from a gentleman named Eddie from the dealership, he again says that it was too long but I have the proof that I told them as soon as I got the vehicle. And I also have the proof that they ignored me. I called multiple times they're both places and I get nothing. They are screening, my calls.they are screening, my calls and then forcing it to take this long. They told me they service my vehicle. They did not, I had AC.V and ball joint broken i've already replaced the alternator I've done a transmission service.I've replaced the battery because the battery they sent was not the proper size. The 27 point inspection.I got says that I needed windshield wipers.I needed fluids everything that when they say they service , it should be done. I will not stop.I am going to keep calling until I get my money back. I've already put 3000 into it, and now they're telling me I'm gonna have to replace the transmission. So they sold me a lemon, I've fixed multiple things and i'm still having the same problem. The worst part of this is, I'm not in Florida.I had them ship the vehicle to Louisiana.Because I honestly trusted this guy after dealing with so many other horrible people. He assured me I would not have to work on anything. Because I told him that was my biggest concern. Boy, he sure got me.I guess because I couldn't look him in the eye.I didn't know he was a liar. Please do not use this dealership if you want an actual decent experience.Because between all of them, it is the worst experience I have ever had.No one wants to handle anything, they lie and tell you they're going to call and they never do.And then they're the ones that make it too long , because they don't respond to the text to the emails and to the calls. If anybody has any advice, I would surely appreciate it. WORLDS WORST DEALERSHIP NEXT, I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.BECAUSE THIS IS BULL C*** AND THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM AN ATTORNEY. I am a single mother just getting out of a domestic abuse relationship like after purchasing this vehicle. I didn't have the money for this. Nor the time to have to deal with this. I need a vehicle to be able to work. I don't have a vehicle.I can drive safely. I can't take my kid to school because I can't get up a hill. I'm scared that we're going to get killed, taking him on those road. Because on the way to his school , there's a lot of hills. More
On November 26th , I visited Palm Beach Mitsubishi to view a vehicle I saw online. The condition of that vehicle was unacceptable, so I was shown a 2023 Nissan Ariya instead. I ultimately purchased the A view a vehicle I saw online. The condition of that vehicle was unacceptable, so I was shown a 2023 Nissan Ariya instead. I ultimately purchased the Ariya that day. Within a few days of purchase, the vehicle completely shut down late in the evening. I had no idea what was wrong and was forced to Uber home. I also missed a full day of work while waiting over five hours for a tow truck. The vehicle was towed to a Nissan dealership, where it remained for three days for repairs. Prior to that incident, I had already taken the vehicle to a Nissan dealer to address defective taillights. A few days later, I received a call from the finance manager at Palm Beach Mitsubishi stating that I needed to re-sign my contract because Wells Fargo had not approved the financing with GAP coverage and that GAP would need to be removed. The following day, I informed him that I would not re-sign the contract and would instead need my trade-in vehicle returned. I was then told, “Never mind, it’s all good now—it was pushed through.” Concerned, I contacted Wells Fargo directly and was informed that I did not have a loan with them. I later received a letter confirming this. Based on this information and the terms of the contract, I explained that I wanted to return the Nissan Ariya since the financing had not gone through as agreed. After multiple emails and phone calls—mostly with an employee named Eddie—I was eventually told that I could return the vehicle. I was informed that since my trade-in had already been sold, I would receive the amount they gave me for it, as manager Kyle wanted to “make things right.” In one of my emails , I provided a copy of my contract, which states that if my trade-in was sold, I am to be refunded the sale amount minus any conditioning costs. I asked to confirm that this is being processed accordingly. On December 18th, I returned the Nissan Ariya, fully expecting my refund to be ready, as had been implied to me. However, neither Kyle nor Eddie was present, and I returned the vehicle to another manager. Today, more than three weeks later, I still have not received my refund check. I have repeatedly called and emailed both Eddie and Kyle requesting an update, but I have received no response. I am still simply trying to get a clear status on my refund and have this matter resolved. This has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve had, marked by a severe lack of communication and extremely poor service. More
***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! !!!!*** I gave Palm Beach Mitsubishi West in Palm Beach, FL $4000 as a down payment for this suppose to be brand new vehicle with 5 miles but had 16. !!!!*** I gave Palm Beach Mitsubishi West in Palm Beach, FL $4000 as a down payment for this suppose to be brand new vehicle with 5 miles but had 16. Upon delivery, the transportation company showed me pictures of the car before he loaded it onto his delivery truck and it had several deep scratches. He then told me that the cars gas tank was empty and he had to put $5 worth of gas to get it on to his trailer. I immediately contacted Palm Beach Mitsubishi with the driver present and they tried to blame him. They then told me that since the car was brand new everything was covered and for me to take it to a body shop to get estimates for the damage and they would take care of it. I sent them an estimate for $2907.95 from Amato Collision Center in Milwaukee, Wi and Eddie Carrasquillo from Palm Beach emailed me back and said they would only pay $750 and that I was responsible for the remaining balance after hanging up on me several times. This Dealer, Palm Beach Mitsubishi Undisclosed mayor damage to sell the vehicles On May 26, 2025, I purchased a vehicle from Palm Beach Mitsubishi through an online transaction. After the purchase, I a damage to sell the vehicles On May 26, 2025, I purchased a vehicle from Palm Beach Mitsubishi through an online transaction. After the purchase, I attempted multiple times to contact the dealership to arrange delivery of the vehicle. My calls went unanswered, and after days of delay, I was forced to travel in person to pick up the car myself. Although I signed an “as is” agreement at the time of sale, I understand that this does not release the dealer from their legal and ethical obligation to disclose any known, serious mechanical defects. Unfortunately, soon after receiving the vehicle, I discovered that it has significant engine damage that renders it unsafe and unusable. I have been informed by a qualified mechanic that the engine must be replaced entirely. The total cost of the new motor and associated labor exceeds $3,000. As a single mother, I made a significant financial sacrifice to purchase this car so that I could reliably commute to work and provide for my family. I placed my trust in this dealership to sell me a functional and safe vehicle. Instead, I was misled and taken advantage of. It is both disappointing and unacceptable that a licensed dealership would fail to disclose such a serious issue. I am filing this review not only to seek accountability and resolution, but also to help prevent this from happening to other costumers. Sincerely, ag More
1 Star – Horrible Experience at Palm Beach Mitsubishi I purchased a 2018 White Porsche Panamera from Palm Beach Mitsubishi, and it has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Within 24 Mitsubishi I purchased a 2018 White Porsche Panamera from Palm Beach Mitsubishi, and it has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle, I discovered a long list of hidden damages: Damaged rear spoiler Damaged undercarriage Damaged driver-side fender liner All four rims badly damaged And just FOUR weeks after purchase, the car began overheating. What’s worse? The “warranty” I was sold turned out to be completely useless—it doesn’t cover any of these issues. I've been trying to work with someone from the dealership since day one, but nobody takes accountability. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact management and sales reps—no resolution, no support, and zero urgency. Palm Beach Mitsubishi clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and honesty. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership at all costs. They are not trustworthy and do not stand behind the cars they sell. More
