Avoid Palm Beach Mitsubishi at all costs from my experience and a few others on here. Beyond manipulative sales tactics, dangerous delivery prep, and total lack of transparency, you can expect di experience and a few others on here. Beyond manipulative sales tactics, dangerous delivery prep, and total lack of transparency, you can expect disorganized transactions and un-transparent practices every step of the way. My sales guy Luis was great and did what he could, but the rest of this dealership is an absolute disaster. False Advertising, Lack of Transparency & Unsafe Delivery Every single car on their website is advertised as fully inspected, yet the first Mirage I went to look at (Stock# RP004394) had a severe vibration. That exact car is STILL sitting on their lot for sale right now for the next unsuspecting buyer, look at the attached photo. On top of that, the 2024 Mirage I actually purchased was handed over with a bent front left rim, severe alignment pull, and dangerous highway shake from a prior collision that their own service center had previously repaired (they replaced the headlight which was in the exact same area as the accident and serviced TPMS (see the photos of the accident). When I confronted them with the vehicle auction history, an online sales rep or receptionist threatened me with return fees and arrogantly bragged about their profit margins. I understand that they have to make a living but not taking advantage of the consumer. Luckily the car itself has not given me issues since getting the rim and alignment sorted, but it will never step foot at this dealership again! Trade Payoff Delays & Forced Double Payments I traded in my vehicle on August 12th. Under Florida law, dealerships are required to pay off trade-in liens within 10 days. As of August 28th, 16 days later, my bank has received ZERO funds. When I called to address this, staff rudely claimed payoffs take 2 to 8 weeks or up to 30 days, which is completely unacceptable and a direct violation of state regulations. Because of their negligence, my old car payment passed on August 24th, forcing me to make DOUBLE CAR PAYMENTS THIS MONTH out of pocket just to stop them from destroying my credit score. Additionally, "sent out" a payment which Bank of America has yet to receive on the 19th with a payoff date set for the 24th, mind you, it's the 29th of August as I'm writing this. Warranty Risk, Sloppy Service & Unfulfilled Promises During a service visit to replace the bent rim, service was carelessly inputting wrong odometer readings without double checking the mileage. They typed my odometer in as 36,567 miles instead of the true 17,265 miles. They then reported this false 20,000 mile jump directly to Mitsubishi Motors and Carfax, putting my factory warranty record at risk and putting an odometer discrepancy to be linked to the VIN for not a continuous flow of mileage. After emailing photo proof of my actual odometer at 17,265 miles, I was ghosted for over a week across four phone calls. Management only responded after I filed a formal complaint directly with Mitsubishi Motors Corporate. Only after that corporate escalation is the service department now finally trying to schedule me in to have the second key made that was promised weeks ago at sale. Which at this point a second key is the least of my concerns... TLDR; Please be extremely Cautious buying here. I would not recommend it. If you must, get a pre-purchase inspection elsewhere and be 100% certain on what you're buying. More
I purchased a BMW from these cons on 10. 14.2025. After financing the car the finance company notified me they hadnt received the story. Needless to say they sold me a car that has no title a 14.2025. After financing the car the finance company notified me they hadnt received the story. Needless to say they sold me a car that has no title and can not get one and they knew it when they sold me the car. Now i cant drive it bc i cant register it. They were sending me temp tags and i found out they were sending me counterfeit tags when i was pulled over by an under cover task force. Fl DMV has found them at fault. The GM Scott Scatturo is a pathological liar.... ***Buyer Beware*** More
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Palm Beach Mitsubishi. I purchased a vehicle from them, and shortly after buying it I discovered there were serious mechanical issues. Looking back, Palm Beach Mitsubishi. I purchased a vehicle from them, and shortly after buying it I discovered there were serious mechanical issues. Looking back, the engine light had been on when the car was sold to me, and I believe this should have been addressed before the sale. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership twice. The first time I was told the problem was the battery. The second time I was told it was the spark plugs. However, when I later requested documentation showing what repairs had been performed, I was told there was nothing in their computer system documenting those repairs. After owning the car for only about a month, I had to pay for my own mechanic to inspect it. That’s when I learned the real problem was a failing transmission. Instead of standing behind the vehicle they sold me, I was told by the General Manager that he didn’t have to do anything for me. The only offer I received was that I could pay over $4000 in labor if they replaced the transmission. When I declined that offer and arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle, the dealership initially refused to release my car because I had previously mentioned the possibility of trading it in. As a result, the tow truck had to leave, and I lost money paying for a service that couldn’t even retrieve my vehicle. Throughout this entire process I felt dismissed, ignored, and treated unfairly. I spent thousands of dollars on a vehicle that became undrivable within a month, had to pay for my own diagnosis, and was left without meaningful assistance from the dealership. I cannot recommend Palm Beach Mitsubishi based on my experience. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to have it independently inspected before signing any paperwork and to keep detailed records of every conversation and repair. In October I purchased a BMW m850i from these guys and the experience to say the least has been absolutely horrrible.... First things first the car showed up with significant damage to the hood, passenger the experience to say the least has been absolutely horrrible.... First things first the car showed up with significant damage to the hood, passenger rear quarter panels after months of back and forth them and their shipping company refused to cover clear damages that weren't listed. Moving along in January 2026 I find out they sold me a car that was reported stolen and they knew it so I can not register the vehicle and they have refused to buy the car back and its been endless excuses. So now I have a car that I cant register and never own. Lets fast forward to yesterday. Seeing how I cant register the car they have to send me new temp tags every 30 days. They sent me one I put on the car Monday. I get swarmed my local police task force saying the car is stolen bc they have sent me a bad temp tag that comes back to a Mitsubishi SUV........ STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

Recently I purchased a used 2021 f-150 STX from Palm Beach Mitsubishi. I looked at the vehicle and found out that the power window buttons on the driver side for both the driver and passenger side windo Beach Mitsubishi. I looked at the vehicle and found out that the power window buttons on the driver side for both the driver and passenger side windows are broken. The dealer who I spoke with David was not aware of that. We came to a deal where if they fix it for free I’ll purchase the vehicle. Of course, it’s my own fault for not having them print out an agreement towards that. After I got home I looked under the vehicle and noticed that the chassis has a lot of rust underneath. I made the mistake of not having a mechanic with me to check the vehicle prior to the sale but I already passed the 3 day return policy to bring the vehicle back if I wasn’t satisfied. My mechanic ran a diagnosis test in the truck and found that it has an oil leak on the driver side where the oil is leaking on the engine between the front cover and head gasket and problems with the rear main seal between the engine and transmission. On top of that they never changed the oil filter or the air filter of the truck. The truck has one light on the rear bumper that lights up the license plate that has a burnt out bulb. I called them back and told them the issues the truck has and they basically told me I’m S.O.L (shut out of luck) because it’s been 3 days since I bought the truck which is their return policy window. I expressed my frustration to them and told them how it’s unprofessional of them to allow these issues to pass by them. It states on their website “Our used cars are inspected for quality before they're added to our inventory, so you can be certain you're looking at exceptional vehicles.” as well as the question, are the used vehicles actually inspected before their sold and they state “Yes! Every used car on our lot goes through a detailed inspection to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards. Our certified technicians carefully check key components like brakes, tires, engines, transmissions”. It clearly wasn't. More
I made the mistake of buying a 2019 Buick Cascada from there about 2 weeks ago. I live in South Carolina and there are not many convertibles around here so I looked online and found the Buick. I bought it there about 2 weeks ago. I live in South Carolina and there are not many convertibles around here so I looked online and found the Buick. I bought it and had it shipped up here. A couple of days after we got it my wife opened the trunk and noticed that there was water in it. We took it to a body shop who noticed that the rear window was separating from the top. I contacted the dealership who informed me that we had exceeded the 5 day grace per and there was nothing they could do to help me. That's bull. For one it spent most of the grace period getting shipped up here. More importantly this didn't happen overnight. It was separating when they sold it to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership or any Taverna dealership. They don't care about their customers after the sale. More
Like others have said here, if I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! The short version of our story is that we purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90 from here about a would. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! The short version of our story is that we purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90 from here about a month ago. Immediately after driving it off the lot, we noticed issues with the acceleration and the brakes. We took it to our local dealer (we live out of state) and they found several issues with the car, including warped breaks that needed to be replaced immediately. Correcting the issues totaled $7,300 (within a week of buying the car!). We have reached out to them repeatedly with the dealer’s report to ask for an explanation or to make it right in some way, and they have flat out refused. I can’t warn you away from this dealer enough! More
This place is a scam. I’ve never purchased a vehicle online let alone out of my local area, and against my better judgement I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 last month. My I’ve never purchased a vehicle online let alone out of my local area, and against my better judgement I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 last month. My temp tag has expired, and I paid for out of state registration through them and now these scammers won’t return calls to find out where my tags are or if they’ve even filed the paperwork. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Service after the sale IS HORRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE. More
