This was honestly the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Do not trust what the salesperson says without seeing the car in person. I dealt with Al, who was not only unhelpful but flat-out dishonest ever had. Do not trust what the salesperson says without seeing the car in person. I dealt with Al, who was not only unhelpful but flat-out dishonest. He told me the car was in good shape, but when it showed up, it reeked of an unbearable stench. Despite paying for two deep cleanings, the odor was so deeply embedded I eventually had to have the entire interior stripped and sterilized—an additional cost of over $1,500 out of pocket. They also claimed the car had passed a mechanical inspection, but none of the electrical systems are working. It was a complete mess. When I contacted their customer service guy, Eddie, the first thing he said was basically “you bought it as-is,” and all they offered was a couple hundred bucks for a wash. Completely unacceptable. Long story short, they don't stand by their word or their vehicles. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else especially if you’re buying from out of state. More
STAY AWAY DO NOT SIGN AN NDA they sold me a car with no working ac, an oil leak which needs to have the oil filter housing changed which is very expensive, they sent me a check which I signed an NDA for bu working ac, an oil leak which needs to have the oil filter housing changed which is very expensive, they sent me a check which I signed an NDA for but it was for an evac recharge on the ac system and upon doing that it was realized I needed an ac compressor and an oil filter housing change plus a radiator hose, thousands and thousands of dollars, I wrote a bad review and was told if I taje it down they would send me 500 more dollars, which wouldn’t pay for an 1/8th of what I needed but I needed the money so I agreed, I took it down then was told tbey wouldn’t be sending me a check and I was threatened with a lawsuit if I leave another bad review, awful AWFUL people More
April 1st I was approved for a Hyundai Tucson 2 days later they call me and tell me the vehicle failed with there technicians. Then they tell us to pick something else. We chose a 2021 Mitsbushi Outland later they call me and tell me the vehicle failed with there technicians. Then they tell us to pick something else. We chose a 2021 Mitsbushi Outlander and still hasn't been shipped to me and on top of that they are trying to take my trade in before I have received my new vehicle.. I never authorized that. And this is what I use to get back and fourth to work. My wife and I are very close to backing out of the entire ordeal. It has been nothing but a clown show with these people. Carson doesn't like to return text or calls and will even send you to voicemail to avoid you. More
