Daniel Quinones and the team at Palm Coast Ford were unusually easy to deal with. As one who hates the mere idea of visiting dealerships, I must say they did things different in a good way. This husband and wife went to the parts dept. for our Edge, and merely went to see the Ford Bronco interior and features: little did we know we would be driving off the lot with one. We traded in our old workhorse 2007 Honda pilot for some money off (didn't expect that either), got a monthly note that is tolerable, and were assisted with a change in our insurance carrier which saves us $80.00 a month off what we were paying for two vehicles. The entire process felt more like a blessing than anything. Mr. Quinones is friendly, and accommodating without being pushy or desperate which is uncommon in the auto dealership experiences we've had at other locations. The finance guy even came out to us, rather than the usual hiding in the back office routine everyone knows so well. If we buy another Ford anytime soon, we will be going back to deal with them again. My wife is happy with her new 2025 Ford Bronco, and as the saying goes "happy wife, happy life". More

I had a very pleasant experience by my F150. I was very short on time and Cole took me for a test drive by the time we got back the papers were already drawn up and I closed within an hour.
