Went in to Palm Coast Ford to inquire about trading my 2021 Ram 1500 for a Ford Ranger. At first it was mainly about is it financially feasible for me. On vacation in the area and my F150 truck had mechanical issues. Staying in Cresent Beach called palm Coast Ford on Monday and was given an appointment for Wednesday morning. On arrival I met with Service Advisor Josh Polo, what a very pleasant person. I was worried about my trucks problems and needed to get back to Delaware on Friday. I explained all this to Josh and he responded that it didn’t sound major and he would keep me up to date. Wow, what a relief..he called me a couple of times to update me on my trucks problems. Your service department figured it out, fixed the problem and had me on the road Thursday.
