Peggy, Is this about the service visit on March 19 of this year? The Recall 22S27 was not annouced until April and the release for the update came after that. We run a report on all Ford and Lincoln vehicles at every service and yours did not show this recall at the last visit. I had invoice number 367427 is this correct or was this on another vehicle? I just want to make sure I have the right information. If so Please consider removing your review otherwise let me know better so I can address the situation.
