Every time we bring our car in it is worse than when we left it. This is the second time in a row that they have over filled the engine oil. I think there's a lot of doubles speech and misleading pricing going on. Be extra add-on fees for shop materials the jacked up prices for supplies and labor just made me feel like it was an attempt to get pricing going on. For example I paid $389 for one tire plus $84 to mount it. They told me it was 2999 for a wash and vacuum of the vehicle and then tried to charge me 3999 saying that it was because it was a truck. The truck had water spots all over it and they only vacuum the front half of the vehicle. I had asked for my windshield wiper blade to be adjusted on its position as it it's past the windshield and that was not done. I just find that the overall customer service is a lot of promises until it's a lot time to pay then it's a lot of misunderstanding More

I didn’t have a appointment so I stopped and checked on that happening. I was greeted and no questions asked.
