I waited for almost 10 min for someone to speak to me upon arriving for my appointment. No other customers were there. No one called to tell me my car was ready. I had to call 15 min before closing time upon arriving for my appointment. No other customers were there. No one called to tell me my car was ready. I went in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. The tech that worked on my pickup didn’t do a very good inspection. The tech told the quick lanes manager that my windshield wipers were bad because The tech that worked on my pickup didn’t do a very good inspection. The tech told the quick lanes manager that my windshield wipers were bad because they Stretched during the inspection but my windshield wipers were new, I had replaced them myself in January and that everything else during the inspection was fine. Except for the fact that my driver side rear blinker was out (had been for 2 weeks) so that tells me they need to start doing a better job of doing their inspections. Once the tech completed the work and I had paid my bill I was looking over my invoice and I asked the quick Lane service manager if they had replaced both fuel filters as I driver a power stroke, he looked at the invoice and said he was not sure and then went back to the parts department. They gave him a box that had both fuel filters in it and that’s what he brought to show me. I watched the tech replace the one under the hood and then I crawled under the pick up and looked and saw that they replace the canister one underneath. Normally I would do all these services myself but I just moved and I do not have a shop built yet. I understand that every business is in the business of making money but if you say you’re going to do something like an inspection do it right be thorough. And make sure that the people that are interacting with the customers know what they’re talking about, this review is not to bad mouth hopefully to bring to light that there is training that needs to be done. Honesty and integrity that will make you money. More

I scheduled an appointment and when i showed up they didn’t have it on the schedule. They did end up taking the truck in because i had the text to confirm the appointment.
