Sat in my car waiting for someone to greet me. Nobody came. Went inside & stood for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I waited for almost 10 min for someone to speak to me upon arriving for my appointment. No other customers were there. No one called to tell me my car was ready. I had to call 15 min before closing time upon arriving for my appointment. No other customers were there. No one called to tell me my car was ready. I had to call 15 min before closing time to find out it was ready. No details were given about the status of my vehicle. I did not receive a 30 point inspection. My service advisor Darius was completely useless & rude. More
