We recently relocated from NC and were concerned about losing some people we had come to know and trust over the years. However, Palm Coast Ford in every aspect has proven to be a trustworthy partner when working with sales, service, and finance. They were honest and helpful and were more concerned about us as humans rather than just getting a deal done and in their books. Michael T, the service manager, helped keep us safe from driving a vehicle purchased from another dealer, that was not safe and Larry H and Joe S were excellent to work with, in sales on obtaining a replacement vehicle at a fair price on both our trade and purchase. Dan in finance was also forthright, patient, and made sure we understood everything about our deal. I can also say, even before we were looking to buy, we took our existing car for service and Melissa C in the service drive is wonderful to work with and makes you feel as if you are her only customer. At the end of the day, Palm Coast Ford is now our dealer that we will work with going forward and I am glad we found a trustworthy organization like PCF. More
