Horrible service. Wouldn't take responsibility for broken bolts. Not customer service focused at all. Have kids in the quick lane doing oil changes not having a care in the world if they break anything since bolts. Not customer service focused at all. If I didn't argue with them they would've put my skid plate in the bed and let me go home with it. Took 2 hours for an oil change when they said 45 min. Avoid at all costs. More

DARIUS SHOWED ME FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. SERVICE WAS COMPLETED IN GOOD TIME. THE ONLY NEGATIVE POINT I HAVE IS MY CAR HAD DIRT INSIDE IT AND IT LOOKED LIKE THE PERSON WHO WAS IN AND OUT OF THE CAR WASN' COMPLETED IN GOOD TIME.
