This dealership does not do business in good faith. They refused a dealer offered lifetime power train warranty claim because I changed my cabin filter after the suggested mileage and didn’t show proof of t refused a dealer offered lifetime power train warranty claim because I changed my cabin filter after the suggested mileage and didn’t show proof of tire rotation. As most know, neither of these affects the power train. I doubt they have ever paid a claim based on my experience with them. Ford has lost a customer due to this dealer. More
