I had a 12:30 appointment, at 2:00 I questioned “where’s my car”.it wasn’t even in a bay, my rep said lucky you’re not a walk in, you’d still be waiting. At 2:45 the oil change was finally completed. I realize they wouldn’t start work promptly at 12:30 but 2 hours waiting was too much. I don’t think they checked my car for any other things it might need, as was always done by Daytona Toyota. I was disappointed and frustrated. I doubt my comments will make any difference and I’m probably wasting my time. More
