I had never thought about buying a Ford before but love my convertibles. I had convinced myself I needed a back seat and at least needed more truck space after driving a 2 seater for 21 years. I was trying to talk myself into an SUV but kept fighting it because a panoramic sunroof just wasn't gonna cut it. I tried the bronco but a bit much for me now, I would have loved it 10 years ago. Then I drifted over to the 2026 Ford Mustang convertible Eco boost (better gas mileage) and that's all it took. I fell in love with it. Jim my salesman has owned 6 mustangs so I couldn't have been matched with a better person to educate me on the vehicle. The Dealership is very warm and welcoming and I love the idea of keeping my business local 😉 More

Went in to Palm Coast Ford to inquire about trading my 2021 Ram 1500 for a Ford Ranger. At first it was mainly about is it financially feasible for me. On vacation in the area and my F150 truck had mechanical issues. Staying in Cresent Beach called palm Coast Ford on Monday and was given an appointment for Wednesday morning. On arrival I met with Service Advisor Josh Polo, what a very pleasant person. I was worried about my trucks problems and needed to get back to Delaware on Friday. I explained all this to Josh and he responded that it didn’t sound major and he would keep me up to date. Wow, what a relief..he called me a couple of times to update me on my trucks problems. Your service department figured it out, fixed the problem and had me on the road Thursday.
