Told ford my trunk was stuck and wouldn’t open. You then Ran diagnostic on my car and was told I needed to replace part for my trunk and it was $600. Denied service. I then turned on my powerlift on… it ope Ran diagnostic on my car and was told I needed to replace part for my trunk and it was $600. Denied service. I then turned on my powerlift on… it opened. Just upset that I COULD have been out of $600 when it was a simple fix. More

My appointment was at 11:00am but they didn’t start serving my truck until 12:00noon. Then it took 15 minutes after my truck was ready before the paperwork was given to me and I was able to leave. Serv serving my truck until 12:00noon. Then it took 15 minutes after my truck was ready before the paperwork was given to me and I was able to leave. Service was completed around 12:30pm. More
