Fastest service yet! As usual making appointment was super easy. I pulled in ten minutes early and was seen by service personnel within seconds. Told service tech I was waiting on car, just going to get super easy. I pulled in ten minutes early and was seen by service personnel within seconds. Told service tech I was waiting on car, just going to get breakfast and be right back. Walked to Dunkin’ Donuts, ate a couple donuts and walked back with coffee. As I got to service area they were dropping my car for oil service. Any faster and I’m going to start calling the service team my pit crew. when i came in for my oil change january 2021 for my 2019 explorer i was told i needed a new battery. when i came in july 2021 i was told i needed a new battery. when i asked your service manager told me i d explorer i was told i needed a new battery. when i came in july 2021 i was told i needed a new battery. when i asked your service manager told me i don't drive the car enough. these batteries were under warranty. what happens after the warranty expires? he said the alternator was charging. in my years of driving i never had to get a new battery every 6 months. this ford product sounds like a poor design. i was told i would have to travel 50 miles to fully charge up. too many dead miles. 5 appointments to get something fixed that actually took 4 minutes to fix. And Mike T...knowing what we’ve gone through with wrong part ordered, part not ordered, loaner not available after they said they’ 4 minutes to fix. And Mike T...knowing what we’ve gone through with wrong part ordered, part not ordered, loaner not available after they said they’d give us a loaner, here for the 5th time...He actually asked us to be nice when we reviewed them on the survey we’d be getting because he was able to fix the trim piece. Really? 5 times we went for this one issue & because you were finally able to fix it, we’re supposed to be nice. What about how you treat your customers? Maybe provide NICE, PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. We had heard bad things about your service department but liked the Escape. Knowing what we know now, will not be looking at purchasing a Ford again. Professional customer service is vital to us! So far, Palm Coast Ford has failed us. More
