Oil change left oil on floor u nder my car the next day. Suppose it's sloppy drainage or filter removal that left old oil inside splash shield under engine. Not the first time. Palm Coast Ford is the worst repair facility I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It is my opinion that the service department intentionally sabotages your vehicle and then tries to sell a repair had the misfortune of dealing with. It is my opinion that the service department intentionally sabotages your vehicle and then tries to sell a repair that was never needed. What they do is fraudulent and the dealership should be criminally charged for fraud. More
