I met a very attentive and bright young man who helped me went I first pulled into the shop lane. I was driven to enterprise the next day by the same young man. What a delight he was. The facility itself was dirty and you really didn't want to sit in the waiting room chairs they were so bad. However the real problem was when I received my car there was grease all over the door handle, fe to sit in the waiting room chairs they were so bad. However the real problem was when I received my car there was grease all over the door handle, fender and quarter panel. I couldn't get into the car without getting the grease on me. So I grabbed the first rep walking bye ? and she cleaned off the car. Then when I got in and started to drive away the front screen had been changed so I had to stop and get it back to the info screen that I usually have it on. So as far as I am concerned their service stinks!!! More
