Went to Palm Coast Ford for an oil change, they tried to sell me an alternator. I looked under the hood(my motor is new, there is no way I need another alternator) My belt had been taken off, their shop rag sell me an alternator. I looked under the hood(my motor is new, there is no way I need another alternator) My belt had been taken off, their shop rag was sitting right next to it. When I called to speak to the Service Manager I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. He apologizes, no explanation for my belt being taken off. My old motor slung a rod right after an oil change-I wonder if they had something to do with that as well- I will not be returning, I would rather pay for an oil change than bring my truck there and wonder what they will screw up next. More
