The service dept. was somewhat overwhelmed with business yesterday. I took my F-350 in for my scheduled appointment at 8:45 AM for four new tires and alignment. I got it back around 6:00 PM and according t yesterday. I took my F-350 in for my scheduled appointment at 8:45 AM for four new tires and alignment. I got it back around 6:00 PM and according to the invoice the alignment was not done. The service rep did make a special trip to come get me at home and take me to the dealer. Ford did discount the cost a bit to make up for it. More

Palm Coast Ford has been our dealership for 13 years. They are very good at standing by their vehicles. Recently the battery on our Ford Explorer was dying/died. After getting a jump start via Ford Ro They are very good at standing by their vehicles. Recently the battery on our Ford Explorer was dying/died. After getting a jump start via Ford Roadside Assistance, we took the vehicle to Palm Coast Ford, even though the Service Department had closed, the Sales staff that were in the building got us through the process of Overnight Check-In. They gave me a ride home, which was appreciated. By 0930 the following morning, the Service Department called to tell us that the battery had been replaced - under warranty - and the vehicle was ready for pick-up. More
