When I have an appointment for a simple oil/filter change and have my car there at the appointment time, it should not take 2 hours for me to get my car back. I can go across the street and get my oil/filt and have my car there at the appointment time, it should not take 2 hours for me to get my car back. I can go across the street and get my oil/filter changed in about 15 minutes without an appointment. More

I would never say that spending time in an auto dealership is a good time, but these guys made it less painful than some other experiences in the past. Everyone was personable and at no point did dealership is a good time, but these guys made it less painful than some other experiences in the past.
