I waited in line to check in for over 20 minutes. During this time reps allowed 3 vehicles to bypass me and another gentleman waiting. I had an appointment scheduled for 9. Finally after seeing the rep look back at me a couple times and make no effort to greet me I got out of my car and walked up. The two guys standing there looked like they were lost when I started to vent my frustration. Fortunately Melissa stepped in and was very helpful. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from you guys and if it wasn’t for Melissa I wouldn’t be considering a new cars from you guys. More

Drop off the truck. Wait for 45 minutes for a ride back home. The truck NEVER LEFT the service drop off area, and all your tech did was waste my gas by leaving my truck running for 10/15 minutes, turn on home. The truck NEVER LEFT the service drop off area, and all your tech did was waste my gas by leaving my truck running for 10/15 minutes, turn on and off my truck more than 10 times, probably affecting my starter, which you guy are not going to replace at this point if it goes bad, and then have the guts to tell me that your tech ran a diagnostic and couldn’t find anything. The truck never left my sight.Your tech lie to me, and then he proceeded to tell me that if something goes wrong, it will be cover by the warranty. I have 500 miles left on my bumper to bumper, electrical issues are not cover under the power train warranty, and then he gave me the whole “ we couldn’t reproduce the issue” junk. Last time I was there you tech try to sale me $460 in unnecessary services. Basically you guys are hoping I run out of warranty to be able to stick me with charges. Very unprofessional. Shame of you. Typical dealership behavior. More
Even with loads of other cars there that morning I was able to get my car serviced with in an hour. I was able to do the rest of my errands early in the day.
