Palm Coast Ford

I was not very pleased with my service. When I got there for my appointment which was just an oil change I informed the gentleman that I did not want a multipoint inspection. I would appreciate it if they d for my appointment which was just an oil change I informed the gentleman that I did not want a multipoint inspection. I would appreciate it if they did not take my tires off I already new I needed brakes done. Well they did the oil and then I noticed the men taking my tires off after I had asked not to. I said something to some and all he said was oh they probably didn't read the paperwork so I spoke to someone else who finally went to the garage to tell them to put my tires back on. It then took them almost 40 min just to put one tire back on and to pull my truck out. I was not pleased at all. More

Service appointment was on time and was completed quickly. Lounge was comfortable and WiFi available. The staff was courteous and friendly! My first time, I have a MD tag and was driving with a burned out brake light. Took my Chevy to the nearest service center (PCF). The service writer took good care of me & we were on our way.
