Service is chaotic at best. Back and forth between parts and service sevearal times to get a pro rate on a battery that I originally bought there. 3 vehicles and numerous service calls as a loyal customer a and service sevearal times to get a pro rate on a battery that I originally bought there. 3 vehicles and numerous service calls as a loyal customer and to spend an hour to get a replacement battery is not acceptable. No one seemed to know how to pro rate a battery!!!! Thinking about taking my business elsewhere. I stay here out of convienience but if I continue to be hung up on and not get any return phone call from a call for service or get a disorganized response to simply buy a battery I will drive down to Daytona or up to St Augustine to get treated better. We’ve spent a lot of money over 10 years and always made palm Coast Ford my 1st choice for service but this experience makes me wonder whether I should waste my time coming back here. I understand times have created difficulties however if you you want to keep loyal business there are not a lot of excuses and you need to keep continuity of service and I’m not seeing it at this dealership. More
