Not only was I contacted beforehand by the salesperson, the sales MANAGER contacted us just to make sure we were contacted. From the moment we walked in, everything was a breeze. The vehicle we were looking for was right in the showroom ready to go. The price was easily agreed upon and close to the Kelly Blue Book reasonable price suggestion. Once we agreed, the vehicle was removed from the showroom, we finished the paperwork in very little time and we explained we could stop in the next day to turn in our leased vehicle and pick up our new purchase. Peter Kimlingen, our sales person advised us the vehicle was ready to go. He drove our new Explorer to our house in Ormond Beach and took the leased vehicle back to the dealership. Couldn't ask for friendlier and more satisfying experience. More

problem not resolved Before they worked on my truck I had a 36 gallon fuel tank, now I can only 22 gallons in. I took it back and they couldn't figure out the problem, whe Before they worked on my truck I had a 36 gallon fuel tank, now I can only 22 gallons in. I took it back and they couldn't figure out the problem, when I notified them the problem still existed they wanted me to bring it back. Now that would make 3 times in the shop, I don't have time to keep brining my vehicle back. I fully believe it is due to a part they replaced due to the truck idling poorly and cutting off. This is a Ford truck so you'd think a Ford service mechanic would know. In addition, the pricing is through the roof, When I brought it in the first time, they said I needed a full brake job at $2000 plus. I took it elsewhere and I didn't need a full brake job. Once I take my truck to a qualified mechanic and if the issue is deemed to be what Palm Coast Ford service center did, will see you guys in small claims court. More

Our Sales Consultant, Jim Jeffries and Sales Manager Michael Busler were extremely helpful and attentive. They listened to my requirements for trading up, and after reviewing several scenarios they came up with a vehicle that was perfect and we reached a fair deal. The process was seamless and I drove away quite pleased with my purchase. Better yet, the next morning my wife asked "any buyers remorse" and I quickly answered with a simple "not at all". We recently moved to Palm Coast and I am happy to take my business to a local dealership. If the aftermarket support is as good as the sales process, Palm Coast Ford will have a dedicated customer.
