Reason given by service advisor was that the techs were busier than normal and were running behind. What is the purpose of having an appointment? Also, Bri said the battery cables needed to be cleaned and it would cost $29.99. This should have been done as a courtesy as I had to wait so long for my appointment (which I had questioned 2 times prior to my auto being taken in). I told the advisor I would wait and there was no mention of the techs running behind. I would have rescheduled. When I finally returned home to clean the battery cables, I noticed the windshield washer fluid was not stopped off. Is this not part of the maintenance check. I will think twice before I return and/or refer friends to your facility. More

We went on a test ride and I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. He introduced me to his manager who was also very helpful. I then dealt with the sales manager and came to a very fair agreement. I dealt with five employees and they were all very helpful, sincere and professional. 35,000 checkup. I bought my 2013 Kia Soul at Palm Coast Ford. When I brought it in for the 35,000 check up, they told me I needed 4 tires and a new battery since bot I bought my 2013 Kia Soul at Palm Coast Ford. When I brought it in for the 35,000 check up, they told me I needed 4 tires and a new battery since both the tires and battery were original equipment.
