Average Experience. Setting up the appointment was easy, but when I got there I was lost. Being new to the dealership, I'd hope to rely on signs to tell me where to go/wh Setting up the appointment was easy, but when I got there I was lost. Being new to the dealership, I'd hope to rely on signs to tell me where to go/what to do, but what was there isn't enough. The layout is very different than what i'm used to, the service advisers are in outdoor boxes, which one would assume have drive up windows on them, but they don't. I didn't know whether to wait or knock on the door. I waited a few minuets before approaching an employee to ask what to do. A few days later I brought in our 2nd vehicle, and this time I figured to just go knock on the door to an adviser. I was properly told what to do next time, but better signage or directions would help. When I got my truck back, John was gracious enough to bring it up for me. When I got home, I noticed some trash left on my passenger side, almost like a cellophane material. Mistakes happen, but staff should at least do a quick look-over when finishing the job. More
