Finally I hope this wasn't a fluke but I got an oil change and it only took 30 min from pulling in to pulling out. I had complained before that having an appo I hope this wasn't a fluke but I got an oil change and it only took 30 min from pulling in to pulling out. I had complained before that having an appointment didn't seem to matter because it was taking 1 to 2 hours which to me was totally unacceptable. So I can say I was much more pleased with this visit.
